I would always rely on Comcast to be my service provider for cable. They never run into problems like cutting of the signals or any downloading problems.
You can get digitable cable at a decent rate and they have OnDemand. The only problem is if you have a problem with your cable, the customer service is not very good, and it takes them a while to fix your cable. Also, they do not have some of the cool channels, like FX and WE. I wish we could get TimeWarner in NJ, because I think they have better service and offer better channels.
