Worst Service 6/11/2011

Cable line fell into the street and broken by motorists driving over it. A Comcast technician was there, but said we had to contact Comcast ourselves. We did and they lied to us at least 4 times to say they were coming to fix the problem. We contacted a supervisor and headquarters and still going on three days we do not have cable! They gave us no time that they would be coming out to fix the problem and at the same time said someone had to be in the home for the problem to be fixed. Even on Sunday a church day for us! I wonder if they are going to credit us for the time missed. We have a tv box, but that's hooked up to Comcast too! Their customer and repair service stinks! We did not cause the problem and neither was this an act of God. They have you hostage in your own home, but still want to be paid on time. more

Misleading promotions 1/13/2010

Their affiliates promotions are good but beware that if you contact comcast before their affiliate where you saw the promotion you'll never get the promotion you saw. more

Comcast Digital Cable service 3/19/2006

I had my worst experience with Comcast last summer. I received my $19.99 per month promotion for 3 month digital cable from mail. Then I called the agent to connect my service next day after I was confirmed to eligible for the promotion. And I paid the $ 29.99 for the first month including the connection fee. Then the next month, I got a $64 bill. I called the agent, they said they didn't put me under the promotion. And I must call the same agent I first called. Which took me around 5-6 times to find the exact agent who gave me the promotion. She gave me the promotion again and claimed she will send me a new bill next month. Then next month a new problem happened. The overcharged bill $64 became past due, I still need pay for $84 for the first 2 month. I called the agent several times. But no one really solved the problem. Then I canceled the service. But I still be overcharged by $10. more
