The WORST EVER!!!! 12/5/2010

I was with this company for years and they treated me so badly it was UNBELIEVABLE! My family did business with them for our homes and our businesses and we were so disappointed. Years ago it started out great; but then we got handed off to an underling of the account rep we started with and she treated us like dirt. If you plan on being with a company (ie being loyal and sending them business year after year) this is NOT the company to go to! We switched everything to GEICO where we have all our car and boat insurance, too. They were very happy to accommodate us. They have gone out of their way to make the transition very easy. more

I love Combined 8/19/2010

I have no idea why these two reviews are so bad because I absoultely love doing business with this agency. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They get things done immediately and they don't bother me with all the paperwork. They look out for my best interest and always looking to save me some money.\r \r My daughter is a unit owner of one of the condos they insured and she has to request proof of coverage every year to send to her bank. It's her responsibility as a unit owner to do so. Banks are interested in placing a forced placed coverage so you have to stay on top of it and requst proof of coverage to be sent to the bank every year. more

Please do not go there to purchase insurance 12/1/2009

This insurance agency is horrible, they wrote a policy for my business and I had to cancel it before the expiration date. They are very irresponsible, never returned the calls; I had to pay an additional premium because they did not write my coverage properly. I lost a lot of money. They never respond to your calls, There is a woman there, I am not sure if her name is Ida, she is very rude and ignorant regarding insurance coverage, she could not respond to simple insurance questions. And the owner? Please! He is even worst, he explained something to me and I could not understand what he said, I don’t know if he was drunk or into drugs, he was incoherent. Please do not purchase insurance there!! Pros: The worst of the worst Cons: You will regret if you go there more

HORRIBLE Altogether! 6/30/2008

Heaven help the poor person who has to deal with this insurance company. They are the worst!!! Once they take the money from your association It is punishment to have to deal with them. Every year to get them to finally give me and send to my bank my flood insurance papers is like 72 hours of labor without an epidural. Every year I have forceplaced flood insurance on my property which costs me a bundle to remove. Their attitude is that I should allow them to mess with my time as if though they are my part time job.\r \r They should find a way to facilitate this information to the banks especially for clients who have no choice but to deal with them on a yearly basis. Its not like they dont ask you to provide to them your account number. When clients renew policies they should automatically send this information over to their clients banks. My suggestion will make them look stellar and will minimize the repeat calls from upset customers AND someone getting so upset they would post their comments online.\r \r Depending on how my experience with them goes tomorrow, I may have names to detail precisely each employees efficiency. Pros: If you yell and get bent out of shape they respond Cons: You should not have to yell to get them to respond. more
