I rate them 5 stars. They did an excellent job cleaning the house I moved out of. I was impressed that they also offered a service guarantee and told me if there was any issue with the cleaning they would come back and correct any issues .. everything was done right but I loved that they offered that peace of mind. They clean my home regularly and they are excellent! First had them come to clean when we were moving in and we were impressed with the excellent job they did so we hired them to do weekly cleaning for us. A year later the continue to impress. I have family coming to visit today and I was overwhelmed trying to get my home ready. I called Colorado Springs House Cleaning service at the last minute yesterday morning at about 10 am to see if they could possibly squeeze me into their schedule. I had never used their service before but my neighbor does and she had nothing but good things to say about them. They were so nice about it and worked it out for me. They came at about 3pm and spent about 3 hours here and made my house sparkle! It looks and smells so clean, they have my vote! These people are a life saver and you can be sure they will be the first people I call when I need help in the future.
