My experience with a Coldwell Banker Advantage agent was one of the worst I've ever had. I had made an appointment to view a home, but when I went to go meet the agent at the property, he wasn't there. When I called Coldwell Banker, I was informed that the agent was in a meeting, a meeting which he never mentioned, or even tried calling us to reschedule. He was quite rude on the phone, but despite his discourteous manner, I still waited for him to come. When he did come, the agent was on his phone during the whole experience, and he didn't even get off his phone to greet me. You can imagine how offended I felt, so I left after only 15 minutes. This may come as a surprise to you, but he didn't even say good bye, or tell me to have a nice day. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going to Coldwell Banker for your Real Estate means; the agents feel just too important to deign to give you service.
