This honestly has been the absolute worst customer service experience ever. I booked an appointment online and requested upholstery and area rug cleaning. A COIT rep called me within an hour of my online booking and confirmed the appointment. She noted that the slipcovers will need to be cleaned offsite and returned in 5-7 business days. I was instructed that I would get a call the morning of my appointment to confirm. I called COIT the morning of my appointment and was told that they had called my house, spoke to someone and notified them that my appointment was between 830-1030 today. Ironic since no one was home when then "called", no message was left on voicemail and the "call" was not documented on our caller ID. COIT arrived and announced that they do not clean slipcovered furniture. This has been a complete waste of time. I would hope that they would improve their customer service team and communication since there are a lot of people out there that could use a job if their current employees aren't interested in doing their jobs. No COIT for me!
Pros: Nothing. Didn't get carpet or furniture cleaned.
Cons: Poor customer service.
