If this post can save at least one person from the agony that I have faced at Cohen's, I will be so happy. They were so ""helpful"" when I was a customer trying to get contacts, but turned into rude, and disrespectful jerks when they messed up my order. I have been trying to get my refund as promised by me to the manager 8 weeks ago, and I am still waiting! They claim they can't do returns at the store, but last time I checked, all businesses that have a credit card machines have the possibility to reverse a transaction. Oh, and they are trying to make me wait 4-6 weeks for a refund from ""headquarters."" They don't care about you, so don't be fooled!! I would rather pay the $120 for an eye exam at lenscrafters, where I have received exceptional, non-pushy service. The manager, Mark, (no last name, because they don't give it!) (shady!) should be super ashamed of the business they do. They are a franchise also, so don't expect anyone to really help you when you need to talk to someone about the terrible business policies.
