First time, they polished the edges of the lenses by hand & it looked very unprofessional, a child could have done better. Luckily they reordered the lens & tried again with more success the second time.
Second time, on the same pair of $400 frames, when you insert the little screw, they broke one of the little eyelets, they did not tell me about it & I discovered it some time later.
I decided to give them one more shot, since they have such friendly service. I wanted a pair of glasses, I asked them to order, they couldn't get them, so I bought them online & brought the glasses to them. Another pair of $400 frames, when you pick up new pair of glasses you expect them to look good, right? There were 2 scratches on the bridge/center of the frame, right in the center of my face!! I called the fitting guy out on this, but he didn't apologize. He had not even noticed the scratches that he created until I pointed them out. When you pay $700 for frames & lenses you want it to look perfect when it's delivered, like a new car. He went to the back & painted it black with a Sharpie marker, which later rubbed off.
Don't be fooled by the friendly service. Look elsewhere if you want your glasses built correctly.
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Damaged my glasses 3 times
