Here's a tip, If you want to be treated liked dirt whether you are paying customer or not, go to Coggin Pontiac GMC Buick of Orange Park. The Service Department excels at bad customer service. Let me begin by saying I purchased a new vehicle in 2011 a Regal (supposedly brand new) Cosmetics are great, the actual vehicle runs horribly.I have had so many issues with this vehicle and still have them. The car accelerates and decelarates at will, cuts off and runs rough still. I took my vehicle in for at least the tenth time to get supposedly fixed again on (11/15/12). My husband set the appointment for me to drop off the vehicle again and get a courtesy car. I get there and the service attendant Nick decided to test drive my car on a local street for about five minutes. He decided that my car was in great shape. I know better! So he decided to get the manager for a second opinion (it all looked so rehearsed) I allowed the Service Manager /Stacey to ride with me. She drove down the local road for not even 5 maybe three minutes at most. Both of these individuals miraculously became certified vehicle technicians. The service manager parked my car and barely looked at me while explaining that the vehicle is in great condition and there is nothing wrong with it. She even went as far as to suggest that I go to another dealership and REFUSED SERVICE TO ME. I never gave her any reason to refuse service, I never yelled, I did not say anything out of line and actually maintained quite well, but I was so angry! I am so disgusted with this service and this nice nasty attitude. I am a paying customer that just wants her car to run properly. I am not safe in this car and the service manager knows it. On the last service visit I sat in this young lady's office and told her of my concerns. Her words to me were, "" well you sure do fall into the Lemon Law category for the sheer multiple times your vehicle has been here for the same reasons."" Her words not mine. That was a month ago. The car is still not driving properly since no real professional technician was allowed to look at it again. I guess she is tired of not fixing the vehicle and her technicians are apparently not capable. I did nothing except purchase a vehicle I thought was going to be great for me. I just new the Buick was a great car, they run great and they revamped it. Boy was I wrong! The service manager was brash and nice nasty, just enough to maybe not have anything said about her but enough to be OFFENSIVE AND RUDE! Not to mention the last service repair, these people knowing my situation returned my vehicle back to me with my drivers seat heater broken and absolutely NO gas to get home. I was on Empty. They received the vehicle with a half a tank of gas. This vehicle has been bad since day one and I do not appreciate these silly people acting as though they have our lives in there hands. I am disgusted and someone really should look into how the service department REALLY TREATS their customers. Forget those silly surveys that they try to get us to do. My car is still not running properly. Please do not take your car here for service, better, do not purchase a new or used vehicle, customer service is not in these folks best interest. I pray no one else goes through what I am going through. more

Don't ever go here!! 12/23/2008

This business is the absolute worst, all that they've done is completely srew me out of my money. My car has been in their shop for a week now, first it was supposed to be done after two days, then it turned to three, then four, then five, now six. They knew it would take a couple of days for the part to get in, yet they wouldnt let me just drop the car off when the part got in, they made me pay for a extra three days on a rental car when i didnt even need it, the car was sill drivable, the only thing damaged was the bumper. They are very rude, some of the worst customer service ive ever had. they expect me to come and pick my car up on christmas eve! HELLO! are you stupid, ive got LOTS of plans. The only reason thy are taking so long is to screw me out of more and more money on this crappy rental. i drive an suv, they gave me the smallest car they had, its christmas, how am i supposed to even fit my daughters high chair in that!? they have completely ruined all of my plans for christmas...... I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. i would give this place zero stars if i could, but the site made me give them atleast a one. Cons: everything more

Quality Control needs to be addressed 5/29/2008

Fixed the car fine, They didnt want to walk around when finished, just handed me keys and said Bye.. I demanded to do a walkaround with someone. Noticed BIG Scrape and Dig in one of my very expensive wheels which are Brand New and everyone looked dumfounded. Call around 2 pm to see if ready for pickup and they said it was in quality control and clean up. When arrived at 4pm Only half the car was clean and only 2 wheels out of four were cleaned, also one of my hanging airfreshners was missing( not a real big deal) but still was missing more
