I mad the appointment online and was taken in immediately upon arrival. I rate this appointment as medicore becuase I had 2 problems, a dying battery and a broken fog light. They wanted $70 for the light (I fixed it myself for $10), and too much for the battery, which I wound up getting at Walmart for less than half. In addition, I have a MPG reimbursement entitlement. They took my mileage, knowing that I was on the program, but I never received the reimbursement card. In the past I have had a better experience at this dealership, so I'm just calling it a bad day.
