I had to order a replacement mouthguard to protect against grinding while I sleep. They made impressions of my teeth and said they'd call me when it arrived. I had to pay $250 the day they made the impressions to order the mouthguard. I received a call 2 weeks later saying the mouthguard had arrived so I made an appointment to come get it. When I arrived I was made to wait for 30 minutes while they loudly talked about their weekend plans to go out dancing! Then they brought me to the back and told me to wait just a few minutes longer, because the mouthguard was ""polishing"". Finally they admitted they did not have mouthguard because it hadn't been ordered . I guess they just lied to me to buy time to figure out what to tell me that day.\r
They promised they'd order it and call me when it arrived. When I received the call another 2 weeks later that the mouthguard was ready I made a second appointment to come get it. Then they cancelled my second appointment the day before it was due and rescheduled for another day. I actually spoke with the hygenist and she reassured me the mouthguard was there and the third appointment would be my last. When I showed up this morning for my third appointment there was another lady who told me I would have to take new impressions! They had lost my original impressions and had never ordered my mouthguard! I was furious at the hygenist who had straight out lied and tricked me to show up again! I said I would rather just have a refund. They showed me to the receptionist who told me that I couldn't get a refund that day because ""Corporate"" would have to approve the refund, which could take 4-6 weeks. And sometimes they decide to deduct lab fees from the refund. Such craziness! I paid for it up front and they never did a thing to order it, and then they are trying to tell me I might not get a refund. All in all I wasted six weeks of my life with this nonsense.\r
Don't waste your time on this shady practice.
Pros: I still have teeth
Cons: Pretty much everything else.
