OMG! Worst customer service in the world!!\r \r My husband has been going there for 2 years. He recently made an appt and showed up and they had cancelled it without telling him. He then asked for his records and they said that they did not have any (they destroyed them all) The girl at the front desk kept talking over him and when I called she did the same thing. Also she hung up on me twice when i was just asking for his medical records so he can go to another dentist. PLEASE stay Away from this place. There are a lot of other good dentists with more capable people working for them!! more

Not a good dentist 5/3/2011

I went to the office in Mableton and it was terrible. Every visit I had a different hygienist. When I would ask for the last one that cleaned my teeth I was told the person no longer worked there. The wait time is horrendous even when you schedule and early morning appt. Prepare to wait 30 to 45 minutes past your scheduled time. The office looks dirty, dingy and out of date. And if they don't find anything wrong with your teeth, they try to scare you into paying $60 out of pocket for an oral cancer screening. more

DO NOT USE 1/27/2009

I'M GOING TO KEEP TRYING. I have no cavities and went in for a simple cleaning and to find an honest dentist. Cleaning is covered by my insurance at no out of pocket expense. They wanted to do a special type of cleaning that is not covered by insurance and told me it was covered but I know from past experience that it is not. And they tried to set me up for thousands of dollars in services that I don?t need. ARE THERE ANY HONEST DENTIST in DOUGLASVILLE?????????? more
