Make your little girl feel like a princess at Libby Lu 10/15/2006

While shopping at Bellevue Square, I kept seeing these little girls walking around dolled up like they're about to go to prom. And mind you, they're like 8! Club Libby Lu is one THE spots to take you little one and have her feel like a princess. From the jewelry to the make-up, she'll have everything she needs to dress up. As a warning, be careful on going overboard. more

Fun for little girls 5/3/2006

My daughter loves this store. She'd go all feathers and glam if I'd let her and this would be the place to buy them. While I don't really want her to have a ton of things that say "diva" or "it's all about me" on them, it's still really fun to buy her little makeup kits and foofy lotions and body glitter here. more

My daughter loves it! 4/21/2006

Ok - I realize the previous reviewer has a trust score of "10" - but I'm not sure how you can review a place when you have no personal experience with it! We DO have experience with Lubby Lu and we love it. This place was made for girly girls. They sprinkle you with fairy dust as you enter and once you get inside there is EVERYTHING imaginable that a girly girl could want. They cater to the tween crowd, but my 5 year old daughter adores this place. She's the pink-loving princess, so I guess it's not a big stretch! You can find costumes, make up, hair pieces, purses, and more here. A fun shopping trip! more

Maybe try Club Libby Lu in Bellevue Square 3/15/2006

I don't have any personal experience about this place but I know it does make overs, etc. for young girls & "tweens". Another idea you might try - go to Nordstrom in advance and talk to one of the women at one of the make-up counters to see if they might do a "private" session with you and your daughter. Maybe you could both get a make over, go shopping for a new outfit or some new shoes then have a nice lunch somewhere downtown. Sounds like a perfect mother - daughter day!
