After trying a couple places, I've found this to be one of the better neighborhood places. The quality of the manicure and pedicure was good, but the atmosphere is very basic--plain yellow paint. Focus seems to be on equipment instead of decor. For example, they have real foot rest blocks and wrist rests instead of cobbled, taped-up things like you see some other places.
Quality was above average, but not perfect. my nails weren't filed perfectly straight, but the hand and foot massages were long, firm and complete. Razoring was done evenly and thoroughly, without pressing too hard or taking too much off: an A+ job on that.
Pros: pleasant staff, not rushed, good firm massages
Cons: , disorganized
