All Belmont/Hud section 8 tenants are not bad. Also are rent is not paid for, but a portion I am on Social Security and would not be able to survive without their assistance. My rent is never late either and I don't bother my neighbors, and keep my apartment nice inside and out to the best of my ability not that my neighbors or the Landlord do the same. I thought that considering the amount of the rent and being on Transit Road near French I would have a better class of neighbors and better class of Landlord. However, this is just the beginning of a mini ghetto and a glorified slumlord. Don't rent from Cloverleaf management they are rude and substandard. My roof is currently leaking and was told"" place a bucket underneath they are all leaking. We'll get to it eventually'. Well isn't that lovely is that before or after the ceiling comes crashing through? more

Will rape you for your money 4/1/2010

I chose this apartment for the location and the school, district. The noise from my neighbor upstairs has prevented me from sleeping in my bedroom. Numerous complaints have gotten me nowhere. Why? Because I discovered a lot of the people who live here are on HUD, Section8 or welfare and they are guaranteed their rent is paid by the government. The staff is rude, when you go into the office to complain they blow you off. The heat this past winter went out 3 times. The basement leaks where our storage units are and they salt during the winter and my father slipped and fell outside of my apartment. My rent was increased 22% the first lease renewal which equated to $35 and now my second is coming up and they want to increase it another $25 despite all the problems I've had. When I went into the office I was told ""Go rent from somewhere cheaper!"" I will not be renewing a second time. DO NOT RENT FROM THEIR PROPERTIES. Pros: Location Cons: Staff, price, neighbors more


If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in one of their properties and it is HORRIBLE. I can never get a hold of my land lady. I will leave her messages that she will not respond to. I called their base office after weeks of not being able to get a hold of my land lady and asked them about where the hell she was. Next thing I know my land lady is calling me and being EXTREMELY rude to me and accusing me of never leaving messages when I did. They also send maintenance to do nothing. Not only did she tell me that I was a liar who doesn't leave messages (which is completely false) but she said that she had sent maintenance but they didn't find anything wrong!! How about my toilets chain is made of Duct Tape because me and my boyfriend were desperate and we had to fix it ourselves. But duct tape doesn't last that long in a toilet so we were fixing it a few times a week. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS. You will be overpaying and the people who work for the company will treat you like crap! more

Poor customer service 3/14/2008

I have found myself in a major, life altering, financial crisis. My husband and I are renting, and he became very ill suddenly now in a nursing facility. My income has been literally cut in half. I have to move as I can no longer afford the rent of $782 a month. I pleaded my case to Clover Management, but no deal. They will not let me out of breaking the lease without the fee of $1738 dollars!! Yes, they said they would set up a payment option, but their minimum amount is more than I can pay. The lease says no breaking ""under any circumstance"".......however, I did not plan this, I didn't want this and I'm desperate. They are heartless, cold and unsympathetic. I have lived in their property for five years, have never been late or missed rent. I am going to go public with this information. more

What happened to honesty and customer service? I have called to try to get in touch with them about an important issue that I was misinformed about (by one of their staff) and I have not had much luck getting in touch with the person that I was told I need to speak to (although each person that I talk to seems to pass me on to another person). more

Rude staff 12/13/2007

I am renting an apartment at one of their properties and I have had a problem there. But, when I called the office, the person that I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. more
