I was in the market for a new car and the salesman that I was working with said there was nothing he could do and that it wasn't his problem. Then he would call back tell me to come in, I'd waste more gas and time to make the drive out there and I was pawned off onto another salesman this happened 3 times! I also received e-mails with promises they could not keep and they kepy calling me to come in. I finally got an email stating if I came in again they would give me $100 for rescheduling, NOT TOWARDS A CAR that was no where in the e-mail. So for a FOURTH time I came in was given to another sales person still nothing they could do and no $100 because they said it ONLY goes toward a car that apparently they couldn't figure something out for me. Funny thing, I went to Greenway Dodge the next week bought a BRAND NEW $22,000 Dodge Caliber at 1.9 APR rate and walked out the door with the keys? That was just poor customer service on their part and a huge waste of my time. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE!
