I used this company to clean my carpet and stairs in my house. The company did an average job. I expected better results from a professional carpet cleaning company. The staff was not too friendly and I felt that they were rushing through the cleaning of my floors. I ended up renting a carpet-cleaning machine to redo the job. I was able to get out more stains than the professional. I would not use them again.
