Claudette's Catering

I used Claudette’s to cater my Dad’s 80th birthday party a few weeks ago. I had never used a caterer before, but I didn’t want my mom to have to lift a finger for this party; no preparation and no clean up. Dad requested Polish comfort food and being that he has been blessed to eat my mom’s amazing cooking for 58 years, Claudette’s had some big shoes to fill and some high standards to meet. Claudette’s surpassed every expectation! The food was delivered on time and was hot, fresh and ready to eat. Everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. The boneless, breaded pork chops were incredibly tender and Dad’s favorite-hands down! Even my usually finicky kids ate everything and were asking for more. No problem there either, the portions were generous and there was plenty for everyone. My mom was so pleased with everything that she wants to hang up her apron and have Claudette’s cater all of our family gatherings from now on. I can’t wait to try more of the endless varieties of food that Claudette’s offers. There is truly something for everyone! Awesome .. Just used Claudette's for a graduation party in a picnic-park shelter setting and was astounded by the service, food and hospitality.. They thought of everything when I didn't.. Even down to a bucket of hot soapy water to wipe down the tables... Food was awesome and my guests left full and happy, praising how delicious the food was the entire time. Kudos Claudette's- Your experience speaks volumes and home style touch is absolutely one of the best out there!!! \r They will definitely be the only caterer I use.. more

Every year my family holds a large Christmas party for freinds and family. Since 2001 we have used Claudette's catering. We have been so happy with the food and the service they offer. They are very nice and now know myself as well as my family by first name. The Mac n' Cheese is by far the best i have ever had!!! I would not hesitate to use them for any kind of party, Large or small. more

I love this place!!! I use it all the time for work parties and anytime I need to entertain. The food is very good and fairly priced. I found out about them when I went to a luncheon for a local accounting firm. The bacon wrapped shrimp have had me hooked ever since!!! I used Claudettes Catering for a Funeral Brunch. The menu choices were extensive and extremely reasonible. They were a great help in our planning of this Brunch. The food was delicious and served hot and beautifully displayed. I'd recommend the artichoke quiche which was fantastic. We received many compliments on the food. Since this event was so stressful it was such a relief that they took care of eveything. I highly recommend Claudettes Catering to anyone looking for the Best. more

I have used Claudettes Catering for several parties, two weddings and even some cozy romantic candlelit dinners. Each and every time they seem to outdo what they have done in the past and constantly amaze me with their ability to take the worry and work out of having a party. They know what questions to ask to insure that your guests are satisfied. Their food preparation and skillfull cooking abilities turn out a really amazing product. Everything that is necessary to heat and serve the food is provided. The dinners referenced above were delivered hot and ready to serve which made for a very memorable evening. They even supplied the candles!!\r \r One of the weddings was a catered Hors D'oeurve reception of 200 guests. I was very happy and impressed with the way their uniformed staff glided between the guests insuring that all had their fill of both hot and cold hors d'oeuves. As guest put their plates down they disappeared almost immediately. \r \r Claudette's is GREAT FOOD from GREAT PEOPLE at a FANTASTICALLY GREAT PRICE ! more

Each year we have our corporate Christmas party catered by a different venue, and this year we chose Claudette's on Niagara Falls Blvd. Claudette and her staff were very friendly as soon as I walked through their doors and inquired as to the extent of service that I required. I told them my requirements and they presented me with a variety of menu options and preparations. I was reccomended an array of appetizers to start, including sausage stuffed mushrooms, a fantastic cheese and summer sausage montage that was phenomenal, huge bacon wrapped shrimp, puffed pastries, this awesome chicken with peanut sauce...and the piece de la resistance---the bacon wrapped chicken livers. I was almost too full to polish down 3 of the succulent beef on wecks (I said almost, I couldn't say no, that beef was awesome!!!). To put it blatantly, we will NOT be looking for another caterer next year. In fact, I'm looking for a reason to have another party so I can get some more of those bacon wrapped chicken livers. Thanks Claudette, keep up the phenomenal work, I will certainly be calling you again! more

The food is of exceptional flavor and quality - Our guests and family members 25-30 in all rave about the food every year. The food is expertly prepared, arranged and decorated on serving platters and comes with easy to read storage and cooking instructions. Each year Claudette and her boys come up with great suggestions and unique ways to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters in our family. I would like to express my appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the fine staff of Claudette’s Catering. Earlier this month Claudette’s prepared a lovely meal for my family’s Christmas Party. My entire family, even my girlfriend’s stepmother (which is a glowing endorsement in its own), was very impressed with the quality and quantity of food Joe and his brothers promptly delivered. Everything was great! From the entrees (roasted hand-carved turkey) to the side dishes (all the usual fixing’s) to the variety of delicious Christmas cookies, everything was wonderful! They even included plates, cutlery, napkin and condiments with the order. I felt that their price was very reasonable especially when you consider the size of the order, the amount of food they prepared and the personal touches they provided. Joe and his staff were absolutely professional and made me feel like part of their family from the time I placed the order to the time they delivered our meal. Went in here recently. Took them over 15 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. While I stood there patiently looking around the not so clean store front area, I noticed the cookies in the cooler. This cooler not only housed the cookies, there were several open logs of cheese in there as well. The lights to the cooler were out so naturally I went over to see the assortment of cookies closer up. I felt the cooler to see if it were even on and it wasn't!! Not only are they mixing how ever many day old cookies in this chiller with all their open cheese, but they don't even have the cooler on! The staff there wasn't so friendly and by the cleanliness of the front end & the gentleman's hands, I fear seeing what is going on in the back. The health department would be wise to pay them a little visit. Not quite sure I will use their services for anything. more

Claudette's catered our outdoor wedding on August 5th and did such a wonderful job! Jerry and Joe made sure every aspect and detail were taken care of and even went above and beyond. The entire staff they brought with them were very professional and friendly, and there were quite a few. When it was time to serve the food the shirt sleeves went down and they started hustling. After dinner the plates were cleared exceptionally quick but not before you had a chance to go up for more food. The food was unbelievably good! We are still getting compliments on the food today! The carved turkey was so moist and tender and the breaded pork chops were fantastic!!!! They left us little turkey sandwiches after the buffet was broken down, and what a hit that was! Everything was outstanding!!! All the food was served how it was supposed to be, hot or cold.I honestly have not one complaint, Claudette's did an amazing job! I enjoyed working with them from the minute we began planning our wedding! I highly recommend them for ANY event!!!!!!! more

I got a salad from this place hopefully the rest of there food isn't this bad. 1st off the dressing was wrong, second it nothing but a head of iceberg lettuce with a few carrot slices one tomato wedge cut in half to look like 2 with a few beans and the peppers and onion were paper thin the half once of each that was on a pound of ice berg . iv had better at Wendy's for less. more

ON THE LAST MINUTE I DECIDED TO GET SOME FOOD CATERED IN FOR MY SON 'S GRADUATION PARTY. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. THE ROAST BEEF WAS SO GOOD, HOMEMADE I MAY ADD, BAKED BEANS EXCELLANT TOO. BY GOING WITH CLAUDETT'S YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND EVEN LET ME KEEP THE HOT BOX BECAUSE I TOLD THEM TO BRING IT EARLY. i WILL DEFINATELY CALL THEM AGAIN. more

We had never used Claudette's before planning an 80th birthday party. Claudette's was the only local caterer that would do a drop off buffet for only 20 people. They agreed to swapout the roast beef for breaded boneless pork chops at the same package price. All the food was delicious. They supplied the serving pans and everything. We were impressed with the chef salad ingredients. We expected a chef salad of head lettuce with a few cuke slices and tomatos. The salad was loaded with a variety of lettuces, carrots, tomatos, cukes, green pepper, mushrooms etc. Everyone like the food and the generous portions. I would use theis caterer again.
