I went to this salon twice. First time just haircut,i had to go back the next day to fix it. Second time i had highlights and lowlights done.I told her exactly what i wanted and the end result was way lighter then i was expecting. Not happy!! made my 3rd appointment thinking i will try to look for another salon.i went home and made myself like it, so i dont have to mess with my hair too much at once.made the appointment with the same stylist,Jenifer Stavro, 6 weeks ahead of time. i get a call 3 days before my scheduled appointment, that she needs to reschedule me due to a personal issue. i said thats fine, even tho i had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the change. i get a call in the morning of my appointment from Jenifer that she needs to reschedule me again because she doesnt have time to do my hair, she has 2 other clients at the same time with me.HOW NICE! i couldnt reschedule to the day she pick out the 3rd time,so she tells me we have to leave it for another time. REALLY???? What kinda service is this????? so i said i will call back(which i wansnt gonna).she didnt even try to make me another appointment and just said :OK, BYE BYE!!she couldnt care less if the salon loses me as a client, a good client that referred quite a few people.one of them just got her hair done there and was very much unhappy after her Kathy Adams experience. I called back to get the colors she used last time on me, so i know what i have in my hair now. the front office tells me Jenifer didnt even record the colors in :)) WOW girl! You really outdone yourself!! I asked to talk to the owner,to be refused by the front office person saying she can solve the problem. So i gave my 2 cents to her, and expected an apology, AT LEAST!! Never got a call from Jenifer with that apology. thats fine....I'll find a BETTER salon...much better one!!
