Clark Manor is not on my list of desirable places to live, when looking for low-income housing. The neighbors are extremely noisy, as management does nothing to tend to the situation (although they always say they will take care of the problem). I lived there for 7 years and even to this day, I know that Clark Manor is not a place you would want to be alone at night outside. There are bullies and thug wannabees scattered throughout the complex and it was almost a daily occurance that the police were seen outside my building for one reason or another. If you like this type of environment for yourself or your kids, by all means this is the place for you. But if you value your safety and want a nice, safe, and quiet place to live, there are many other low-income options in the city of Johnson City. Thanks!
Pros: Close to shopping, food, hospital, and schools.
Cons: Any and every con you could possibly think of.
