If you live in or near Cleveland Circle, then Circle Cinemas is an obvious choice. It's old, and the seats have worn out, but it doesn't make sense to drag yourself to a farther destination if you live in this area. They do get a decent selection of movies, and there are some large screens (though there are some small ones, too). The Ground Round next door used to have discount tickets, but that is now being turned into an Applebees, so it's yet to be determined whether they'll have the same deal. You can get discount tix from some employers and from AAA or Entertainment book (can't be used first 2 weeks of an engagement).
