I went to this store because I was having problems with my phone. I have had Cingular since before they were Cingular. I asked the men behind the counter what could be wrong with my phone. Possibly the battery? They did not have one in the store to replace it. They said to go to Best Buy. I asked what would happen if it was not the battery. They started their spiel of how I would need to get a new phone and how that HAD to come with a new (more expensive) plan and a contract. I know they are trying to get money out of me here, but I really could tell they did not care about my circumstances. I have never had any problems in many years with Cingular or their employees, but this store is not a place I would go to again. I did call the 866-cingular number and they upgraded my phone and took care of me in the manner of which I am accustomed. Too bad their store is so lacking on service.
