neighborhood find with good prix-fixe option 8/18/2005

this is a great addition to the neighborhood. it's not going to win rave reviews from the critics, but this restaurant has an extensive selection on its menu, and everything is done very well. there are no surprises on the menu, but the quality is excellent. also the prix-fixe menu is a good value, and offers the best selections on their menu. it's rarely full -- so no need for reservations either. more

  • Cibo serves contemporary American cuisine with Tuscan-inspired influences. Our menu changes seasonally four times per year. A few notable dishes include sauteed salmon, double cut pork chops, steaks, angel hair pasta, free range chicken breast, garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed sea scallops and smoked salmon, to name a few.
