A couple of friends invited me to chuys for lunch and i was glad i accepted, the food was delicious!! They have a buffet for lunch !! Wow i was struck!!! I had a cold corona, u know with this weather it's just hits the spot. I highly recommend this place!!!! I will definitly be coming again and again.... If you like tri-tip, this is the place (Fridays). Oh and they have a late happy hour that is irresistable, ya we made it through the night!!! Its a live happening place. Pros: Best Chicken salad!!! Great hang-out with ur friends. Cons: You get addicted to their Friday night tacos!!! more

Okay Happy hour is kicking butt!! Staff is great!!! Food is Yummy!!! I had the seafood platter, it had a shrimp brochette an enchilada and some more seafood items. It was the best I ever had. My friends had the fiesta platter and they loved it too!!! The music was on it, definitly coming back!!!Heard they are going to be having mariachi soon and maybe kareoke too.Something like late May!!! Pros: Everything was great!!!! Cons: Nothing!!!!! more

We used to love to go to this Chuy's for great food and drink. What a shock after a long absence to find they no longer make the tortilla's by hand, and removed the comfy leather booths in favor of uncomfortable chairs and rickety tables. While my drink still rocked and the salsa was still good, the food missed the mark - bland and not up to par. Service started out with two people trying to take my drink order, and quicly turned to the non existant when I had to get up to ask for more salsa :( Wont be returning for the food - but the drinks still kick butt! My friends and I,like coming to Chuy's we get it all the great food, cool staff and great place to bring your date. On valentines they had some great specials and my girlfriend just loved it. Love the staff and the owner is pretty cool. Pros: Great Home made Mexican food and don't forget the hand made tortillas. Cons: Too many guys, need some ladies. more

OMG!!! The food was soooooo good!! Me and my friends came in on Sunday and the food was great, the staff was so friendly!! They have a Champagne Brunch from 10:00 - 3:00 p.m. The place was packed, so make sure you make reservations. Pros: Friendly environment, Fun, Delicious food, great margaritas. Cons: none, it was a great experience. more

We went to Chuy's with our Restaurant dot com coupon, and they refused to honor it. It was still valid, but they said that they changed ownerships 6 months ago, and are not longer accepting them. We PAID for the coupon on 7/30/07, AFTER the new owner was already running the place. They still would not accept it. They are still selling them the site. It was utterly ridiculous. The people that I dealt with were all extremely understanding and it obviously was not their fault, but their hands were tied because the owner distinctly told them they they COULD NOT accept the coupon. Fressh Handmade flour tortillas are what complete a Great mexican restaurant along with all the great food. The Best margaritas and pitchers of beer that any body can afford at the sports bar. After visiting Chuys you can spot a number of regulars which speaks volumnes for the value for the buck! Keep up the great buffet and the double dose of happy hour m-f 4-7pm and 10-12am. Pros: VALUE for the pitchers of beer/great magaritas ! Cons: Sometimes it can be a little noisey at the sports bar but what the heck it is a sports bar. more

It's simple, it's easy, it's heaven. Go there after work at 3:30 and grab a couple pitchers of beer, eat as much chips and salsa as you want, enjoy the buffet, and wait...there's more! Happy Hour normally ends at 7:00pm, but it starts at 10:00 pm again! My friends and I have a constant goal to last through till the end...anyway....wonderful times at this establishment more

Chuy's is a fun place to meet a couple friends after work for Happy Hour. The patio is great for smokers or those who would rather not deal with the louder sport watchers inside. There are mariachis on Sunday, too. The food here is not great but the atmos and drinks make up for that. Ask the bartender to make you a Tecate Michelada. It's Tecate served on ice, the juice of a lime, a touch of Tabasco and the mug is rimmed with margarita salt. Yummy! Pros: Smoking patio, Next to movie theater Cons: , Food is so-so more

this place has a nice atmosphere, If you want to have a couple of margaritas and have a good time this is a descent place to go in Glendale. Their food has degraded dramatically, they above average portions but their food does not have a taste anymore. more
