Church Services appeared to do a good job with the foundation repair. The engineer was very professional and kept us informed each step of the way. The entire staff that worked on our house was courteous and cleaned up after leaving. I felt very comfortable using Church Services to do such an important job for us and recommend them for your use. more

JR Hernandez was the Engineer assigned to work with us on our foundation repair. We had great communication with JR, the foreman and his crew throughout the process. I have never seen a crew like this crew that worked on our foundation repair. Everyday they show up early and work nonstop late in the evenings. I enjoyed seeing the crew so dedicated to their job. That makes you feel like your home matters to them, not just a job.They take care of every little detail from start to finish. Their job is so well done that I even forgot I have a crew working on my foundation. I really enjoyed having Church Services for my foundation repair and will most differently recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. We had to do an after hours call b/c our a/c completely stopped working. Jose was here in a couple of hours and fixed our unit on a Sun am. We are thrilled at having our air back in Aug. in Houston. He also found a couple of things wrong and fixed them as well. We will def. use this company for our bi-annual checkups. Highly recommend. It's hard to find an a/c company like this one, believe me, we have tried several with horrible results. THANKS JOSE!!!! more

We had lots of problems getting our air conditioning repaired through our home warranty group's providers, so called Church Services. After a week of back and forth with the warranty group's provider, we were very pleased that Church Services had the unit repaired in less than 24 hours. They are professional, courteous, and always on time. They protected our floors, wore booties, and kept the front door closed when it would've been easier for the technicians to leave it open. We've had Priority One service for fall and spring check-ups on our units, and they've never tried to sell us anything, even when they've spotted a problem. I can't say enough good about this great company! more

Your master plumber Ken Faust called me immediately after receiving a letter I had written and told me he understood exactly what my problems were and how he would resolve them. The next day he was at my house, personally reviewing my complaints. I had two: inadequate water flow at the kitchen faucet, and the long wait for hot water to reach the kitchen/laundry side of the house from the new water heater. The second problem would be solved with an instant hot water pump, which Church Services would install. The first problem was self correcting, in that debris form the installation was probably blocking the line to the kitchen faucet, and when it was flushed , the water flow would be normal. Both plumbers told me that, but all I could see was the low flow in a new faucet. Over the next several days, the flow increased to a most satisfactory volume. The new water pump required an additional plug. On investigation we learned the old panel couldn't provide the additional service and still meet code. I agreed to have Church Services install a new deluxe electrical panel with a surge protector. This turned out to be a highly fortunate decision. I am covinced the old box was a disaster waiting to happen. Mike clearly described what was going to happen, how long it would take, and he and Raul kept me informed of the progress and some of the suprises encountered along the way. I ended up spending mroe money than I thought I would when the plumbing project began, but that's because I didn't understand the condition of my home wiring. However, I feel i got more than my money's worth thanks to the plumbers and electricians at Church Services. I will definitely use them again when I"m ready to do the down drops of the plumbing lines, and I will be happy to recommend their services! more

His team's work effort is unlike any I have ever seen. If more teams work as diligently and efficiently as them, the business world would be a marvelous place. JR Hernandez did a great job repairing our house foundation last year. His team not only worked in a professional way, they also tried to minimize the inconvenience to our normal life during the construction period. After 6 months, when we tried to water our grass, we found the sprinkler system was broken. We emailed JR and got prompt response. He sent his supervisor Clemente to our house for a repairing the next day. Clemente and his crew were so wonderful and had the system back to normal in a speedy way. We had major foundation problems with our house. Church Services did a thorough job in three days. The workers were very professional, and they constantly worked. Mr. Hernandez, the Engineer, monitored the work throughout (interior and exterior). He kept me informed of the process by pointing out changes taking place inside the house as the men worked on the outside of the house. After the job was completed, our house was left the way it was found: the yard was replaced, dirt was removed, concrete was hauled off and driveway was scraped and hosed. They also had people to come out on the fourth day to check the plumbing to ensure there were not any leaks from the actual foundation repair. Those guy were quite accurate and very competent. We have been doing business with Church Services since we bought our AC unit from them 10 years ago. Every year we pay for Priority One Service and have the unit checked twice a year. Churches did an excellent job fixing our foundation and better yet making the cracks disappear! They were really fast and cleaned up the mess each day. It looked like a really big job because our house is over 3000 SF, but they did it. We are very pleased at the results. more

My husband and I who live in West Houston purchased a new air conditioning system from Church Services at the end of last year. Our Trane 16i system has been like a new family member. The installation required tearing out our old condenser, heater, coil and all the old gray ductwork. The installation crew was very efficient and kept at it from about 8:30 AM til around 5:00PM but when they left our attic looked like a work of art. We have even gone in the attic just to look at it. Our old system was running all the time. Our Trane system is quiet and our living room with a high ceiling is now cool and it was always the hot room. We keep the thermostat at 77 or 78 and are perfectly comfortable. Our electric bill has been about $400 less so far this year compared to last year. We also got a tax credit of $1,500 because of the system we purchased. We recommend this company as being professional and the transformation from the old equipment to the new equipment was really something to see. more

Church Services installed my A/C unit 8 years ago. I have had problems with it from the begininng. When I called in June the unit couldn't cool my house past 77 degrees. The tech said I needed more air return and quoted a price or $284 which I paid. In August I had the exact same problem and the exact same tech said there was no problem with the unit and it was working perfectly. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!! more
