My roommate went to Chrome for a cute short cut by Catherine. She came home in tears. Not only was she charged more then she normally paid (here) but her hair and her eyebrows were not what she had asked for. The hair dresser did not know how to blend or what looks good. When she got home, I, who has never cut hair before tried to repair the damage and actually made it look somewhat better. My room mate has be somewhat satisfied with the haircuts she recieved from Chrome in the past but after this she will not return. Also, her eyebrows looked the same after the waxing and had no shape.
