There's a large variety of appetizers. The steamed shrimp dumplings are light and tasty, while the hot and sour soup is just hot enough (not tear inducing). A lot of the restaurant's specialty entrees feature fresh lobster, scallops and crab. Christine's special, for example, combines boneless chicken and lobster with shrimp, scallops, pork and vegetables. The black bean dragon is delicious, with large chunks of lobster and chicken in a subtle sauce.
