July 18 2015 we had one of our AC units functioning erratically. It was about 15 minutes from the time I made a phone call until the technician was at our door. I was expecting a call, not a human. We agreed to the service charge of $70. The technician ( like a moron I did not get his name ) explained the issue was dirty filters limiting air flow and creating freezing on the coils. All we had to do was leave the system off and let it thaw. The decision maker and I were relieved. The piece de resistance: he waived the fee. We first used Christian Brothers last year and were impressed. Now, I know any AC/plumbing issue the go to company for us to utilize - Christian Brothers.
