I'm an attorney in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Chris de Bin handles rental properties. He does not take care of and/or maintain his properties safely. He will leave you without proper cooling and heating - the bare necessities of a house. And, forget the ""little"" things like repainting and cosmetic details - he offered to buy me paint, so I could repaint his dirty-walled house for him. He promised to take money off the rent if I did repairs - which I did, and he never adjusted the rent. The Neighborhood Association in the Fair Park area can also be contacted to verify this information - there are at least three tenants who have had to move out and/or are in the process of having to move out because of lack of unkeep or unfulfilled promises to make repairs. He has to be contacted over and over, so please take pictures of damages and/or losses that you suffer if you rent from this company and save all of your correspondence - in case you have to declare constructive eviction (due to leaving you in unsafe conditions in the property) so you can leave to the safety of another property without this company being able to state that you breached the lease. If a company leaves you in unsafe conditions (like no air conditioning in the summer or in a property with mold - both of which happened in the property that I rented), you can declare constructive eviction - that a company breached the lease by leaving you and your family in dangerous conditions - be sure to give the company notice of constructive eviction and give them time to make repairs before you leave. Please be cautious in dealing with this company; he stated when I rented from him that ""he wasn't sure about renting to an attorney."" He doesn't want people to know their rights.
