This little restaurant opened up next to UCSD a little while ago and has quickly become a popular place for students and professionals to visit. The interior has an interesting industrial decor and mostly designed for efficiency. The lines are always long, but service is quick through the burrito assembly line where you watch the chefs add ingredients to your specifications. The portions are generous, sometimes enough for two meals. My favourite order is a carnitas burrito with black beans, mild salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Yummy!
