I ordered from China Sichuan Cuisine about 3 weeks ago and it was great food I'll give them that. And at a decent price. Today I decided that I wanted to have their food again, When I placed my order they informed me that lunch at (1 pm on a Saturday) was not available and I would have to purchase the dinner portion. So I said not a problem; the food is worth it. Then they informed me that I would have to order a minimum of $15 for delivery. It's usually $12 during lunch according to the menu. Whatever; again I say ok and proceed with my order. After placing the entire order she asks how I will pay. I tell her by Visa check card. She says that there will be a $3 fee for me to use my credit card. Are you kidding??? So let's recap. $3 extra because lunch isn't available (bizarre considering it is just a smaller portion). $3 extra on the minimum for delivery and now $3 to order using my credit card??!! That's as much as my original purchase was supposed to be. I explained to the lady that I used to work in the credit card industry and that it is illegal to charge the customer to use their credit card to pay. As a Merchant they signed that agreement in oder to bring in credit card using customers not to charge them for their business!!!. She asked do you want to order or not? I said no as of this moment you have lost my business. Good food or not, I do not have to pay $9 extra for a meal that was only $8.45. The total by the end of it all for my $8.45 dish was $20.67 bad economy or not...that's is robbery!
Pros: Good food
Cons: They are unethical and out to get more money than what is due to them
