My favorite Chinese Take out in Hartford! It's awesome!

okay so they do make decent chinese food but they do not speak english. We ordered and it came 23 minutes late, along with the wrong specifications on the order.

They didn't show up,Poor costomer service!! 12/11/2011

I've had their food twice which was good.The best take out chinese in the area. I ordered at 6 pm and at 8 pm I called to enquire about my order and the guy said the driver is on his way. 9 pm and no chinese.I then called to cancel and he didnt even apologize! I will never use them again the costomer service is very,very poor!!!!! more

They said ""40 minutes."" I hour and 20 minutes later our food arrived cold. I had the flu and my two kids were starving. Will not order from them again. more

I have to say that this place has good food - low prices and friendly faces. Mostly a take out shop, but great food. I work on the ambulance and tend to be very picky about the places I eat. This place has never let me down. I highly recomend it for those who are looking for take out chinese and great food! Pros: Quick service, great food Cons: Not a sit in dining realy more
