I was skeptical of the place too....c'mon - China Express sounds like the most so-so chinese place in the city. WRONG. This place is great and cheap taboot. 1st off - they have the best CHICKEN WINGS i have ever tasted. They dont come with any sauce - nor do they need it - AMAZING. The combo platters are a great value - and the family that owns the restaurant are friendly and very very quick - pickup orders in 6 minutes - delivery in 15 mins. Really tasty - really cheap - and highly recommended. The general Tsos chicken is great!
