After getting fed up with a variety of other nanny services, I was happy to find a professional service in Santa Barbara. My friends from out of town love to have their children taken care of by these fun and responsible nannies. I am a regular 'on call' user, which means I call a few hours before I want service. I was hesitant with my new born, of course! But, the staff assures you that this is the ONLY agency in Santa Barbara that is licensed for this work, a BIG plus for me. They can get you a nanny in a pinch, and the girls they sent out are lovely with kids and very, very professional.
