Apparently customer service is not their first priority. I was told by an employee everything was an additional 20% off that day. I picked out my items and went to the counter. Another employee was behind the counter. She rung me up and before my transaction was done she received a personal phone call. While still on the phone she told me to run my card. I let her know I had a question and would wait until she was done with her personal phone call. She was visibly irritated that I asked why I didn't get the additional 20% off. I then told her I thought it was very rude that she was on a personal call while helping me. Still giving me attitude I asked if she was the manager and she said ""NOPE"". It turns out (I found out from the other employee) she was the Assistant Manager. I told her I couldn't believe she was the Assistant Manager and treating me that way. I told her forget it and walked out.
