The service department is always able to accommodate the time when I wish to bring my Sonata in. There is quick attention, good explanation of what to expect as to needed service and cost. Then, a ride to my home and a pick-up promptly when the service is completed. I wish to note, however, that this request for a review went to an old, hacked, out of date server. Please change to my Comcast address. more

I was on a road trip to the coast when a light came on on the dashboard. Chico Hyundai was the nearest dealership. They took my car, got me a rental and got me on my way. Kudos to Michael and Kelsey for their expert help and care. more

Too busy for my business 8/8/2015

While Chico Nissan has provided great service in the past, my last 2 attempts to obtain service have left me wanting. I couldn't even get a call back to SCHEDULE service. I had to go elsewhere. Once a message is left, someone should call within an hour surely, but 4 hours and no call? I had to call back and STILL got an inadequate response. Maybe they are victims of the economy and have had to cut back on personnel. I'm concerned about the dealer response. more

Helpful staff. Car finished when promised. I have had no bad experiences. Staff is knowledgeable and explains all services performed on vehicle. If they find an issue they quickly notify you and explain the reasons why the issue should be addressed. In other words I will always have my car services done here. more

Outdated but friendly 6/23/2015

Not a lot of customer service and the place is a bit of a bad design having to go from building to building from the service area to the waiting room. It's outdated, so feels a little less quality when you have to go there and wait for an hour or more. Again, friendly service staff. Just not the same as most hyundai dealerships I have used across the country before. Cleaned the car--nice touch. more

Avoid this shop: Choose a mom and pop ne 6/9/2015

Things that have been done differently: 1. Not be charged for things that aren't needed. Turn signal bulb was known to not be the problem but was replaced.... Visit 1 2. On 3rd visit learned that it was known after first visit that bulb wasn't the problem, but was not told this by discharge person. 3. Was charged for 2 hours labor for 3rd visit to simply check out wiring to the front turn signal. Seems excessive amount of time if zero parts changed. Can't be a difficult area to access that would take 120 minutes. 4. Dealership wants to say a small fender bender (no frame damage and no repairs needed... cracked plastic front bumper) from greater than a year ago led to a stretched wiring harness and that has led to a blinker that they can get to work intermittently. Very, very unlikely. 5. When I enter building, not standing at an empty desk. When someone walks in after me, not waiting on the new person before me. 6. Not having me drop my car off, then calling me and telling me that I should pick it up and bring it back another day when more people will be working....that was visit number 2. more

Best Customer Service 6/6/2015

When I take my Elantra into Roseville, it often takes over 3 hours to service (even with an appointment). Here, I can drop in at any time, and my longest wait was just over 2 hours. That was for a full service and recall repair. I was given a free ride home during the service, and got picked up when the repair was over. Amazing service, friendly, and very quick. more
