Oil Change Cadillac 2005 SRX 4/8/2014

I had an oil change on Monday, April 7, 2014 in Bellevue. It was the usual excellent service. It was timely, Michael the service tech was friendly, helpful and made sure my car was in good hands. I will buy a car from this dealership when and if I decide I need a new car and I will recommend it to others. more

I took my H2 to get an oil change and took advantage of a special on an interior/exterior detail. Great job! They didn't miss a spot. Much better than Karmichaels in Bellevue. I appreciated the shuttle ride to and from work as well. more

Even though some of them seemed to be "nit-picky" they took all our questions/concerns seriously and addressed each one. I was glad not to have our concerns "dismissed." more

Fantastic service. The service people were very friendly and professional. If there is any place better, I can't imagine where it could be. Price was great. The car was done exactly when they promised. The service rep walked us to our car, which had been washed. Great value! Great experience! I will talk it up whenever I get the chance. I'll will return for my next service need. One problem is that the Malibu runs so well, there aren't many service opportunities. LOF for sure. I've had subpar maintenance service from this dealership over the years, but I dealt with a service manager this time who actually cared to explain the repairs, costs, what should be done now and what can wait. I plan to give BC consideration for future business. It does depend on who you get as a service manager. more
