I emailed this ""professional"" tanning place a few years ago and it took them over a year to answer me and with a bunch of excuses. I was letting them know there was always bulbs out when i went and their own staff said it was an ongoing problem. I asked why it took a year to answer and they had no response and then they called their staff liars and took me off their client list, which I was never going back anyway so that was plain childish. I went back after they said they always change bulbs and never have bulbs out and 4 beds had at least one bulb out and the bulbs are only changed when they blow out, not the 3 months the owner claimed. This is confirmed by their workers. I am not going to name the worker as everyone needs a job, but I felt it necessary to post their bad handling of a simple customer complaint. If you could give now stars I sure would have. Run, dont walk, AWAY from Chers Tanning in Lowell.
