I realize that this is a bold statement - but after numerous experiences trying to find a quality Chinese restaurant that also seemed to have wholesome and somewhat healthy cuisine, Chef Chow's has become my answer.
I want to add that I'm a HUGE fan of Chinese food, stemming from a very early age. During my college years, I found that a lot of the Boston Storefront/Delivery Chinese restaurants were very unhealthy, greasy and had a strange provincial taste I wasn't used to growing up a whopping 150 miles west - most likely too much Oyster Sauce.
Chef Chow's gets it right. Their menu is diverse, their establishment is very sophisticated, the food is delicious and their prices are very reasonable. If you're in the area for lunch, you'll be surprised what $6 can get you.
