Cheek's Marine Sales

Several years ago I purchased a Ranger boat @ Cheek's Marine at a price slightly less than every other dealer that I contacted. After making the three hour trip back home, I found that there were some issues with the prop/engine combination that the manufacturer provided. Cheek's went above and beyond, even to the point of sending me three other props to try, until I found the one that performed the best. When I had questions concerning anything, they were more than helpful and never gave me the seemingly standard answer of, "Well, we can't help you over the phone. You're going to have to bring the boat in so we can look at it." They did everything they could to help me rectify a problem even when it meant that they weren't making more money. This is a company that truly cares about the customer and has employees with integrity. more

I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I cant see how they stay in business, the only reason I would return is because of the manager at the service dept, he is a good honest guy and will takes care of his customers. The owner and sales group need to learn a little about customer service, because they definatly missed it. more

I had planned to go fishing one weekend, however, my boat motor was not cooperating. I didn't have the time to take it to the mechanic,so, I stopped by and told them the problem I was having.\r They told me what the solution was, and, how I could fix it myself.\r They didn't even charge me. more

This boat shop is the only one that I take my business to. They have always been able to help me, they can get what ever part you need quickly and they are very reliable with their services. They do great quality repair work at they are very reasonably priced. I recommend them to all! more
