Jennifer the owner seemed so nice and sweet and gave me a great consultation when I first went to Che Bella. Then I dropped off lace from my mother's veil for a custom piece and I never heard from her again. She originally told me it would be 4-6 weeks. After that passed, I called and she said it was busy and would be a few more weeks. I called several weeks later and I was told it would be 10-12 weeks. Finally, I called a fourth time (14 weeks at this point) and she finally said it would be ready on Wednesday. I CANNOT believe how AWFUL her customer service was! If I hadn't taken the initiative to check up on my piece, I don't think it would have been ready on time. I don't care how busy June is, she should know her capacity limit and be able to honor the timelines she gives and not just do it whenever she feels like. When I finally did pick it up, she just said June was busy and acted very nonchalant about a situation that made me very stressed out. I have NEVER felt so utterly ignored and dismissed after giving someone my business. The piece came out fine, but definitely NOT worth the stress. She's a nice person, but doesn't seem to know how to run a business. Ladies, go somewhere else.
