Wonderful Customer Service and Beautiful Office 12/29/2017

Charles Clausen, DDS - Gentle Family Dentistry & Orthodontics live up to the name! On my very first visit the staff was very professional, polite, and me feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The office staff took time to explain exactly what my out of pocket cost would be and even the exact dollar amount my insurance would allow for the current year. The office is lovely and has extra accommodations to make their patients feel relaxed.During my visit I learned about new oral products to help keep my teeth healthy. So glad I was referred to this dentist office! more

My Teeth are Happy 5/31/2015

When we moved to Goodyear over a year ago, we had to find a dentist. After going to the same one on the East Coast for over 30 years, we were apprehensive, but as luck would have it----we found the BEST!!! Dr. Clausen and his staff are great, very professional, and caring. We both have had some major teeth work done and would definitely recommend the doctor and his staff. more

Dr. Clausen and his staff are great! 4/15/2015

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Clausen for several years. My wife and I both have Trish clean our teeth and not only does she have a great personality she is truly concerned for the health of our gums and teeth. My last visit was to have my teeth cleaned and as usual very satisfied with my visit. I have had other work done in the past and as well very pleased. more

Definitely A Good Place to Start as a New Patient 4/1/2015

Came in yesterday as a new patient and had two dental composite fillings put in with some x-rays and cleaning. Staff was very friendly and approachable. Knowing Dr. Clausen has been in practice for so many years, it really shows how satisfied I am with the restoration procedure results. Although waiting times took a while since I wasn't the only one there (not counting the required wait for the local anesthetic to kick in before I got drilled), the awesome service from all the staff I've come across totally makes up for it! Lots of credit to everyone there. I'll come visit again to keep these teeth healthy. :D more
