I drove in with a dead battery, and immediately three Chapman Acura employees including the Service Manager came to the rescue. They quickly tested the battery, diagnosed the problem, and the parts guy (John) quickly pulled a brand new one from stock, and in a matter of minutes they had the new one installed, and I was out and on my way. Since the dead battery was still under warranty, there were no charges or fees. I was really amazed how fast, efficient, courteous, and thorough everyone was- I thought it might take hours to fix me up. Great thanks and praise for the Chapman Acura team!
