Chapel in the vineyard , a beautiful venue , pretty landscape , what a great idea for a wedding setting ..... A brides dream , until you deal with the awful customer service , 2 weeks before your special day . By then it's to late , your $3,500 investment is set in stone , innovations are out and then your realize that the owner of te place is rude , unhelpful ,unprofessional . This venue doesn't have proper electrical power for magrtirita machines and certain lighting for extra decorations . The owner frowns secede idea of where you want your tables and if you prefer your floor plan different than what he likes , you will know , he will show his poor customer service begans to show when he literally rolls his eyes and sighs . He will take your decorations down starting at 10:00pm when the argreement is that you have the place till 12 am , allowing 1hr to clean up , meaning your guest can stay till 11 pm . But he will make you and your guests feel uncomfortable and rushed out !!!At $3500 and you are restricted to do simple things that are common at weddings !!!!! Total opposite than the information given to you at the time of the deposit payment . The owner of the place makes the process difficult and the sad part is you pay a nice price and you would think he would treat you with no positive customer service much less respect . Don't make the mistake on renting this place , the beauty of the place can only go so far !! Unless that owner hires a person that can take charge of the place that has a people friendly positive attitude this place will continue to ruin a womens special day .
