Dr. Chap came highly recommended to us by two other doctors. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she is very caring about her patients, which also helps. Our only complaint is her staff. There is one woman who answers phones in her office that is just obnoxious and insulting to EVERYONE and one of the nurses that administers chemo needs to focus. The patients shouldn't have to feel like they need to monitor what she is doing.
