Backwoods Grill: best restuarant in Marion County 12/14/2007

Backwoods Grill has a very friendly atmosphere, and displays its enthusiasm toward local sports teams such as WVU, Fairmont State, and The Pittsburgh Steelers ( local for Wv). Also, the food is wonderful! with their well prepared steaks and trademark French fries. The service is great and the servers are always friendly. 5 stars! more

Great for a relaxed atmostphere. 3/27/2006

I have visited Backwoods Grill once, but unfortunately I was not much impressed. I wasn't much impressed with the atmosphere. Our food was decent but the service was very slow and the prices were no better than any other restaurant. This would be a decent place to visit for a relaxed lunch, but it wasn't my idea of a nice evening out with my husband and it was definitely not a place I'd want to take my children to for dinner! more
