Order was delivered super fast. However, once the delivery man left and I looked at the pizza and garlic knots, they were very burnt. The bottoms of the garlic knots were charred black and the cheese on the pizza was dark brown. I immediately called and was told I would be sent another pizza. 5 minutes later, a female manager called and began to argue with me, saying that they set a timer and there's no way my order was burned. She offered me 20% off my next order. When I told her I wanted a full refund or re-do of the order and offered her photos, she said that she'd send a new order, but to give the delivery guy the old one. I did and the new order was ok, but she called me after she saw the burned items and accused me of ""reheating"" them. Now, why would I do that in order to receive the same exact items again? So I'd have to wait an extra hour for my family to eat dinner? Right. I will never order from this place again. Rude ""manager"", although the other staff seemed nice. If anyone knows how to contact the owner, please let me know. I'd love to talk to them about this experience.
