Great Service and Communication! 1/7/2013

My family recommended Certified from previous work done and I was impressed with their personalized service and communication. I went in for an alignment and Victor gladly assisted me. Their technicians are knowledgeable and I was confident in their opinions. Definitely recommended. more

Black expedition – Batliner 1/3/2013

Service was prompt however I am very concerned that Certified care is not using authentic Ford parts hence why I had a solenoid failure within a couple months of servicing I had to travel 400 miles through the desert. I am not too sure of the reliability of certified care and their practice of not using quality parts more
