From talking to them on the phone, I was expecting it to be much nicer than it actually is because they don't tell you what it really looks like. All they tell you is that they haven't had time to update yet. I drove to drop one of our dogs off for her free day care session and was shocked to see it was only a huge warehouse. I walked in and the noise was overwhelming. It is all concrete and it didn't seem very clean. A dog threw up while I was in there and they just wiped it up with a mop they had been cleaning other crap up with and put it back in the bucket. The whole time I was being shown around I was nervous that my dog was even there. I felt like my dogs would get sick by the time they came home. I'm also pretty sure I heared one of the workers raising their voice at some of the dogs to shut up. There's also no outdoor space. They sometime will open some of the huge garage doors a little to let some light in. They accept pit bulls and other bully breeds as well as dogs that have been ""kicked out"" of other places. That's great for those people, but I've had experiences with those types of dogs at the dog park. They keep some of them away from the other dogs, but what if they got out? Over all, I wouldn't take my dog there. I'm not trying to be rude, but I was just a shocked dog owner wanting the best for my dogs. Pets Hotel is much nicer and isn't much more expensive as well as other places.
