Horrendous, to the point of hiring an attorney and starting the process of filing a complain with the state's consumer affairs division. My mother needed her Samsung TV repaired and the Samsung people referred her to CEI. They said they'd do one thing and never did it (repeatedly), they wouldn't return calls, they were impossible to get on the phone and when you did get someone, they would feign ignorance of the whole situation, they'd say they would show up to pick up/drop off the tv and it never happened (again, repeatedly). It took months of wrangling with these jerks. Do not deal with CEI.
